Unlike a relative or a best friend, a coach is objective. Coaches have been trained in assessing developing goals and implementing a plan that gets you to your true goals. A coach encourages and pushes you in a way that is strategic in getting you what you really want. Coach is going to hold you accountable to what you want and is not in the position of losing a friendship. This is honest accountability!

What makes you different than other coaches?

How does online coaching work?

We book a time that works for you and your coach accommodating busy schedules. You don’t have to drive we do this on a virtual zoom call or at a minimum a phone call for our coaching calls. We will also communicate through email or texting in “emergencies”.

I specialize in people that are unhappy with their current health the way they feel inside and the way they look outside.   I specialize in helping people get what they want. 

How does RTT work in your coaching services?

Some people are so present in their own situations and really don’t understand the messages that they told themselves and how they play out in their lives together we discover what the root of the situation truly is and peel back the layers and really figure out what is holding you back from getting what you want

What is hypnosis and how does it work? 

Hypnosis is just allowing your conscious mind to be quiet and letting your subconscious mind to be accessed it has the same scientific reality as when you are in REM rapid eye movement where you’re falling asleep but you’re not quite asleep yet it’s easy anyone can do it you’re in complete control the entire time you can talk you can walk Talk cry laugh and you can get up and leave anytime.

Why does coaching work so fast?

Because most of us want to have results immediately. We start by getting down to the root and developing a custom plan in place so you are ready for inevitable success right out of the gate! You need a coach to be that objective support system that is the unique element in the Coach client relationship.

What types of problems do your clients have?

What does the process look like?

The experience feels different for most everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, some don’t. Others may feel sleepy, some don’t Most people are relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like, it is working.

How long before I see my results? 

Everyone is unique and it depends where you are physically, emotionally, and mentally. There are factors to how quickly you will progress toward your goals. There are three kinds of changes somethings happen: immediately, other things happen overtime, and others happen as you look back you can see the changes clearly.

What sacrifices or changes do I have to make?

You will learn what healthy changes you need to make to get to your goals. You may be doing some of this already but you need to get to the next level and break through the blocks that you’ve been having. We’re not looking for quick fixes. We are going to look for substantial changes that last a lifetime and that fit into your lifestyle.

When will I start seeing changes? 

Typically, The first changes take place with your mindset. You will get out what you put in.

What food do I have to eat?

The idea is not to take away and add restrictions. If you do, your focus will turn to what you can’t have and have all these naughty list items

The winning idea is to add in healthy foods and drinks. The right foods for you and your body will get you to the goal that you have for your health.

What is the difference between following a diet and exercising on my own and sticking to it this time and working with a health coach?

A partnership with a coach that has experience, knowledge, and the willingness to help others get what  they want.  You need the right program for you and your body, the right plan for working the program, and the right accountability partner.

What is holding me back from believing anything will work for me? 

First if you feel like you’ve always failed, you’ve anticipated failure, and you feel that your body will never change if feels hopeless. You’re not alone. I’m here to tell you there’s hope! Our inability to change and stay in place where you’re holding back. Boils down to just the way you internalized events and the meaning that you have placed upon those events has kept you safe and you felt safe in that habit or action you’re gonna keep doing it and you do it automatically not even thinking about it.

What if my medical problems inhibit me from eating special foods or exercising? 

We always take into consideration the medications your doctor has put you on and where you’re at and what your limitations currently are as a nurse I believe an open communication with your doctor at all times as a patient and as my client as my coaching client I will Work with your current medical conditions and get to what is possible and what things you can and cannot live without

What if I already know why I have the issues I do?

Be honest and has that worked for you so far? Working with me will help you see things in a new and fresh way. You’ve most likely already mastered what doesn’t work let’s figure out what does work!

When will I start to see the changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy, every person is different:

Inmediate: You feel a massive shift right away-immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors right in the session.

Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

What if I don’t want to face what’s going on I side of me? 

Often the negative behaviors that we’ve done in the past whether it’s sabotaging a diet drinking or eating too much and things that appear like we’re setting us ourselves up for failure or often ways that we’ve been trying to protect ourselves from something let’s figure what that out is today and start getting you to your goals

What if I need or want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT sessions on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to 3. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. For these reasons I offer quarterly, a 12 week coaching program to groups, and 6-12 months private coaching program.
